We are looking for a dedicated and technically strong Site Engineer to oversee daily site activities, ensure quality construction, and support our project teams in achieving timely and efficient project delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🏗️ Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• 📐 Monitor structural, finishing, and MEP-related works for quality and accuracy.
• 📋 Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and labor teams to achieve daily targets.
• 🔍 Conduct site inspections and verify that materials and workmanship meet standards.
• 🧱 Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
• 📊 Assist in planning, scheduling, and sequencing of site works.
• ⚙️ Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• 🧮 Support Quantity Surveyors and Planning Engineers with data for measurements and progress tracking.
• 🧾 Verify materials on site against approved submittals and drawings.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• 💼 3–8 years of experience in building or infrastructure construction.
• 🧠 Strong understanding of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• 🧰 Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site-level technical documentation.
• 🧾 Familiarity with construction drawings, method statements, and QA/QC procedures.
• 🤝 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
