We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain smooth coordination between workers, subcontractors, and engineers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🏗️ Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions.
• 👷‍♂️ Manage and guide workers, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve production and quality targets.
• 📋 Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, and progress logs.
• 🧱 Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
• ⚙️ Check levels, dimensions, and alignments during construction.
• 🧾 Assist Site Engineers in implementing construction plans and resolving site issues.
• 🦺 Enforce strict compliance with safety standards and company HSE policies.
• 🤝 Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, and Planning teams for smooth workflow.
• 🕓 Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per project schedule.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• 🎓 Diploma or Certificate in Civil / Construction Engineering (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 💼 5–10 years of experience supervising construction sites (building or infrastructure).
• 🧠 Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing activities, and basic MEP coordination.
• 🧰 Hands-on experience in managing site labor and subcontractors.
• 📊 Ability to read drawings and implement instructions effectively.
• 🤝 Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
