We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead our project teams in Islamabad and ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🧭 Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from start to completion.
• 👷‍♂️ Coordinate multidisciplinary teams — Civil, MEP, QS, Planning, and Safety.
• 📅 Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor milestones.
• 🤝 Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• 💰 Oversee budgeting, cost control, and progress billing.
• ✅ Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and HSE standards.
• 🏗️ Conduct regular site inspections and review construction progress.
• 📝 Prepare and submit progress and performance reports.
• ⚙️ Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• 🤝 Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive site culture.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 💼 8–15 years of experience in construction project management.
• 🏗️ Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• 🧮 Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and project management tools.
• 📊 Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• 🧾 Sound understanding of HSE, QA/QC, and contractual practices.
