We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our Islamabad project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient project execution.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📅 Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• 🏗️ Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and QS team to gather project progress data.
• 📊 Prepare progress reports, S-curves, histograms, and look-ahead schedules.
• 🧮 Analyze project performance against the baseline schedule and identify variances.
• 🧾 Update work progress and prepare delay analysis and recovery plans when required.
• ⚙️ Assist in resource planning — manpower, materials, and equipment allocation.
• 🧭 Participate in progress meetings and present schedule updates to management.
• 📋 Ensure planning procedures are followed and documentation is properly maintained.
• 🤝 Coordinate closely with all disciplines (Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Procurement) to ensure synchronized project execution.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 💼 5–10 years of relevant experience in project planning and control within the construction industry.
• 🧠 Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• 📈 Strong analytical and time management skills.
• 🧾 Knowledge of project cost control, progress measurement, and reporting.
• ⚙️ Understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing of works.
• 🤝 Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
