We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our Islamabad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the construction process.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📐 Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents based on drawings and specifications.
• 💰 Manage and control project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• 🧾 Evaluate and verify subcontractor quotations, payments, and variations.
• 📊 Prepare monthly progress valuations and interim payment certificates.
• 🧮 Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.
• 🤝 Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and Procurement team.
• 🏗️ Assist in tendering and post-contract cost management activities.
• 📝 Maintain proper documentation for contracts, claims, and variations.
• 📈 Provide regular cost and financial reports to management.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 💼 5–10 years of relevant experience in building, infrastructure, or MEP projects.
• 📊 Strong knowledge of estimation, tendering, and cost control.
• 🧠 Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimation software (Candy, CostX, etc. preferred).
• 🧾 Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
• 🤝 Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
