We are looking for a talented and experienced MEP Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will lead the coordination, execution, and quality control of all MEP systems on site, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on site.
• 💡 Review design drawings, technical specifications, and ensure implementation as per approved plans.
• 🧭 Coordinate between civil, architectural, and MEP teams to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
• 🧾 Prepare material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• 🧮 Review and verify subcontractor shop drawings and BOQs.
• 🏗️ Supervise installation of HVAC systems, electrical panels, lighting, and plumbing networks.
• 🔍 Conduct inspections and ensure all MEP works comply with quality and safety standards.
• 🧰 Troubleshoot site issues and provide technical solutions promptly.
• 🕓 Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager on schedule and cost performance.
• 🤝 Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and equipment.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 💼 5–10 years of relevant experience in building or infrastructure MEP works.
• 🧠 Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, fire fighting, and ELV systems.
• 🧾 Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design software (Revit MEP preferred).
• 🧮 Knowledge of BOQ preparation, material estimation, and value engineering.
• ⚙️ Familiarity with QA/QC and HSE standards.
• 🤝 Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
